World Mental Health Day

In order to celebrate World Mental Health Day, our senior mental health lead organised a range of specialists to come into school to teach us all about how we can look after and promote our mental health. We enjoyed Yoga, a sound bath, Reiki, mindfulness and learning about crystals. This was such a fun and informative day enjoyed by all. We were also treated to a visit from the ambulance service, who taught us how they look after people's physical and mental health.
